In episode 14 of Compile Worlds, Ekoro created eight (debatably nine, if Alpha is included) clones of various other characters. Each clone has a Greek name which they will generally use in referring to each other and prefer to be referred to by, and they each (apart from Alpha) also have the name "Dark <original's name>" as they were called by the protagonists, and "Perfect <original's name>" as they were called by Ekoro.

Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon and Eta were born in the UT base, while Zeta, Theta, Phi and Omega were born in the Mountain Base. Interestingly, treating their Greek letters as numbers from 1 to 24, all the odd numbered clones were male, and the even numbered clones female.

All the clones were born possessed by Ekoro, but can be neutralized by touching their counterpart.

In the Meteor Arc, all of the clones who were neutralized by the ex-ADMA were scattered by the explosion of it's Headquarters, and all of them have moved on, no longer doing Ekoro's fancy. Several of these clones met unfortunate ends or otherwise vanished during the Meteor Arc, and only a handful are still alive, much less hanging out with the heroes frequently.

Alpha
Ekoro's first experiment with creation of a living being. Alpha was thought to be a test clone that Ekoro simply destroyed, but it was revealed in Episode 33 that Alpha, a clone of Sho, had in fact been alive all along, and played a key part in creating the other clones up to Phi. His true nature has yet to be seen...
Beta / Dark Witch
was the first true clone. She was created from Witch. In Beta's battle with the ADMA members, she burned up and only her head remained, but Witch fixed her and restored her to her full form, after freeing her from Ekoro's possession. After Ekoro's defeat, Beta was attacked by Zeta, and left injured. Sometime later, she was secretly warped to Whitespace by Lord Marcus, which resulted in her hand being chopped off.
Gamma / Dark Lemres
was the second clone. He has not been seen by the heroes yet, but he was seen by Feli, who must have mysteriously returned from her international expedition and stumbled upon the base. Naturally, Feli fought Ekoro over his cloning of Lemres, but lost and fled. As of the most recent Post-Meteor Arc episodes, Gamma's location or alingment is still unknown.
Delta / Dark Mikuri / Lam the Stelly
was the third clone. Having cloned one Madou character and one Fever character, Ekoro saw fit to clone the Star Mage of unknown origin, Mikki. Delta's whereabouts were finally revealed in Episode 29, where it was revealed Mikki had neutralized her and she had been living with the former for an unknown amount of time. In a unique twist, she prefers being called "Lam the Stelly", as opposed to Dark/Perfect Mikki or Delta.
Epsilon / Dark Nohoho
was the fourth clone. Epsilon was created after Beta already left the UT base and managed to escape before Eta saw him, so nobody knew anything about him... until Episode 17 officially revealed he was a clone of Nohoho. He was employed by Lord Marcus XXXIX, but has since vanished. His whereabouts are currently unknown, if he is still even alive...
Yes, we were obviously lying when we once said "It's definitely not going to be a frekkin' frog."
Zeta / Dark Arle
is actually the eighth clone. The original Zeta, created after Epsilon, was a failure, and died before her birth; nobody saw who the original Zeta was a clone of. As for Dark Arle, Ekoro had not actually planned to create her, having already named the would-be ultimate Dark Draco after the final Greek letter, Omega. However, when he realized there was a serious problem with Draco's design, he decided to create Dark Arle to replace Omega as the ultimate clone, reusing the name Zeta for convenience. Zeta is the only clone that both resisted external neutralization and also neutralized herself after she realized how evil Ekoro truly was. Unfortunately, Zeta revealed the heroes did a sloppy job of neutralizing her, as she attacked Beta and almost convinced Eta to join her in extracting Ekoro's vengeance.
Eta / Dark Sig

is the fifth (living) clone, but the sixth and last of those born in the UT base. He was responsible for blowing up the base to destroy evidence after Ms. Accord and Feli discovered it. Dark Sig was temporarily absorbed by Ekoro in the showdown of the Ekoro arc, but was rescued and revived by Omega. It was due to this absorption, however, that Omega realized Ekoro's evilness and the tide turned against him. Eta is also arguably the most resentful of his creator, scorning him continuously for his actions. He is also affectionately called "red me" by the real Sig. Eta was captured by Strange Klug in the Meteor Arc, and was finally re-absorbed into Ekoro's body in Episode 31.
Theta / Dark Ringo

is the sixth clone, the first to be born in the Mountain Base. She delivered the final hit to Ekoro, but as a side-effect of this, and due to Ekoro's immense power, she accidentally created a black hole which destroyed the base and subsequently had to be sealed by Beta. She was neutralized discreetly after being put to sleep by Beta and carried back to Ekoro's room where Ringo was waiting. Theta is the only clone to have reunited with her new friends in the Meteor arc, but she met an unfortunate fate and wound up in Whitespace.
Phi/Perfect Light/Lagnus
Phi was constructed in secret as a separate project from his clones, and was destroyed early in his life. He was constructed between Omega and Zeta, and was born with free will, ultimately leading to his destruction.
Omega / Dark Draco
is the seventh clone, and was intended to be Ekoro's ultimate creation. She was found by Beta and neutralized by Draco when the pair briefly left Ekoro's room in search of assistance; at the same time, they brought back an unconscious Theta for a surprise finale. Following Draco's original crush on Arle, Omega has a huge crush on Zeta, as seen during Zeta's attacks on Ekoro. Omega mysteriously disappeared during the Meteor Arc and has not returned since.
