Seriri, called Uroko Sakana Bito in Puyo Puyo TSU, is a mermaid from the Madou Monogatari series. She has become one of the more memorable characters to fans due to her many appearances. In the games, she is paranoid of humans such as Arle eating her, due to a rumour that eating mermaid flesh grants immortality. Sadly this leads to her having a very withdrawn personality, and being unable to make friends with anyone. Seriri appeared in Puyo Puyo TSU, YON and Minna, and she even got an entire game about her birthday and an appearance in a brief anime clip. In Puyo Puyo~n, she joins you on your quest to put an end to Arle's evil red clone, Doppelganger Arle. Unfortunately, SEGA decided to forget about her after Minna de Puyo Puyo; she wasn't even brought back or mentioned in Puyo Puyo 7.

Appearance in Compile Worlds

Naturally, the kind people at Kumizone didn't forget about Seriri like SEGA did, and she was given a major role in Compile Worlds. Though originally she mirrored her game self almost perfectly, she has learned to open up more thanks to the ADMA's efforts. She is a leveled headed and typically friendly girl. Her tears are rumored to have healing properties, though this hasn't been tested yet. When the group experiences an internal conflict, usually she acts as the potty mouthed voice of reason, sometimes speaking in a completely different tone of voice for a couple of sentences to make her point known. Seriri has also been discovered to have quite the irritable temper, becoming very angry and vulgar at times. She had harbored a crush on Draco Centauros since the beginning of the RP, though she was initially rejected because Draco was more interested in a loli. Eventually though, Draco flipped over and engaged with Seriri, and the two have formed a happy couple, and they frequently make out whenever they sleep together. In combat, Seriri holds her own by smacking anyone who dares come near her (or usually Draco) with her scaly tail, usually leaving a rather nasty fin mark on the receivers face.

Seriri made her first appearance at the very beginning of The Accord Arc, where she had been previously kidnapped and held hostage by Popoi, later dragged along to the Random Field by Accord inside her sleeve. Eventually she was noticed by Draco, and restored to her original size. Seriri was re assured no one would eat her, but when she tried to sing, Accord cast a hex that gave her laryngitis. Startled by the random hoarse-ness in her voice, she instead tried to convict Accord, but she was only able to mention being beaten before being muted by the wicked teacher. Draco, fed up with the madwoman's sudden change in alliance, chased her away. Seriri however, was still unable to speak. Satan appeared (conveniently covering for Accord's escape) and offered to restore Seriri's beautiful voice on one condition: a honeymoon under the starry sky. The poor mermaid desperately, yet silently pleaded for Arle to accept Satan's proposal. Being the nice little girl that she is, Arle agreed, and Satan promptly restored her speech to it's former (and yet untainted) glory. Seriri then described the horrible things that happened to her, including how she was forced to play Popoi's demented Jump to Conclusions game show. Thus she had set the bar for those seeking to join the Anti Accord Association.

Later in the same episode, after some idle chit chat with Mikki, she went into an as of yet unnamed forest to rescue Sig. Seriri discovered Accord was in the forest and was holding Sig hostage. An intense fight resulted, and Seriri unwittingly staged Accord's retreat by preventing her from confessing to being Popoi's pawn. Afterwords, the gang split up and she went her own way for a little while (though she didn't wander too far away apparently). Later however, after a not-so-fateful encounter with a certain blue hedgehog, it is revealed that Seriri, Arle, and Amitie were attacked again by Ms. Accord. This time, Seriri could only make a stalemate with Accord since she retreated from the unfair sneak attack before a victor could be determined. Seriri decided the best course of action was to reunite with Draco to avoid having another close call. A couple of episodes later Seriri found herself going to rescue Amitie and have another encounter with the evil magic school teacher. After witnessing Sig blow up Draco's Hut, Seriri finally got to see her kidnapper slowly burn to death in a fire set by her own beloved. Of all the characters, Seriri was the least sympathetic to Accord's circumstances, carrying out her grudge long and hard. In fact, she practically wanted to celebrate. However, she soon felt awkward being the only person to give Accord a cold shoulder in the room. She tried to leave, but Draco pulled her aside. Thus, their relationship formed, and both of them saw a happy end to the Accord Arc.

Later, of course, she played a part in the Ekoro arc, where she helped the gang defeat Ekoro. (Full Ekoro Arc Synopsis coming soon.)

Seriri made her first appearance in the Meteor Arc in Episode 19, where it was revealed the blast wasn't as nice to her, sending her clear into a dark, barren wasteland, with only a damp temple and Strange Klug to keep her company. Seriri described the horrors of having to hide from the crazy book demon as he walked in and out of the ancient ruins. Seriri was fatigued from dehydration, and was apparently hallucinating dead animals in the fresh water sources near her. Soon though, tension raised and Seriri had a royal bitch fit because Ringo had escalated to a more close relationship to Draco than she had. However, Seriri's conniption reached it's peaking point when Draco nonchantantly revealed she never had feelings for her to begin with. Devastated and angry, Seriri was carried away back to the Lake she originally inhabited in the early days of the AAA...and left behind. Draco claims they couldn't accommodate her, though that didn't stop Seriri from living there before.
