From Compile Worlds

Panotty is an annoying elfish boy who constantly plays the flute. He actually seems to have some talent with it, though like a certain other angelic Puyo character, his musical talent goes unrecognized. As such, his temper goes out of control and he attacks the nearest person ignoring him. Usually, this person is Arle. Panotty was conspicuously absent from Puyo Puyo SUN and Minna de Puyo Puyo, but he somehow ended up in Puyo Puyo~n against all odds, though he just got a one way trip to the scrap heap anyway.

Appearance in Compile Worlds

Unlike his fellow minor cast peers, Panotty made one brief appearance in Compile Worlds. Sadly, he was just a possessed minion of Popoi, dispatched by Accord to attack the ADMA. Nanako suddenly appeared though and blew the elfish boy to Kingdom Come and all across the Neptune, but he probably landed back in Primp with a couple of fatal injuries anyway.

During his only appearance pre-Meteor, he says "Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!". This has been dubbed Panotty's Wee, and it actually stretched Google Refine's window while Keiji was importing logs, and will actually disappear behind the sidebar if you have it displaying on the right side of the site! It's now become quite a meme. Any future Panotty appearances must involve H-baring the chat.

When he finally returns in Episode 41, it's revealed that for the entire duration of his absence he was continually Weeing and, as such, when he finally manages to stop, finds himself very hungry and noms on some of Amitie's Delicious Ramen, a bit like Arle's Delicious Cake. He then begs Stringy Rice to take him to Ms. Accord, but the former delays for forever and a half, claiming that there were not enough witnesses for her crystal ball to work. When he finally arrives at Ekoro's base (like, finally), after a bit of natter Ekoro blasts him from THE GIANT EVIL EKORONIAN CANNON OF DOOOOOOOOOM!! and he exclaims, "POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO--". Unfortunately, this was just two O's too short to stretch the chat, causing much fail on Keiji's part.
