Ms. Accord (EntityTopic, 7)
From Compile Worlds
Ms. Accord is a raving madman (madwoman?) who poses as a teacher in Primp Magic School. Despite her innocent look and apparent interest in music, she is a powerful dark magic user like Feli.
She debuted in Puyo Puyo Fever, where she pretended to lose her important item, the Flying Cane, to entice Amitie and Raffine into a competition to find the thing. However, just when they find the cane, Popoi steps in to violate them with it. In Puyo Puyo Fever 2, she takes a more passive role, allowing Amitie, Raffine and the new protagonist Sig to go on their own crazy adventures. However, she still steps in to annoy you in some of the courses.
Appearance in Compile Worlds
In Compile Worlds, she tortures Seriri and several other helpless victims, leading to the founding of the ADMA, then called the Anti-Accord Association, who have gone on several missions to save others from her tyranny. Recently though, Ringo's encounter with Accord paints a completely different picture. Rather than being witty and quick to torture Ringo, she cried and plead for Ringo to kill her. Believing Accord to be a suicidal maniac (and not actually having the guts to kill her herself), Ringo walked off.
She was finally defeated in Episode 9 when Draco torched her to death. However, she revealed at the same time that she was really just a puppet for Popoi, causing most members of the ADMA to feel guilty about her death.
Later on, in middle of the Ekoro Arc, she was revived through unknown means, but it was linked to Incubus misusing her Flying cane after discovering it, trying to make himself more appealing to Arle with it. After being revived, Rika Delgado led her to the ADMA's new HQ, where she begged to join the group and help them fight Ekoro. However, Draco and Nanako ignored her pleas, distrustful of her, and threatened her to leave. Accord, not wanting to start a fight she could not win and was unnecessary, cooperated and left, angering Sig.
While on her lonesome, Accord had stumbled upon Ekoro's UT Base and witnessed the birth of a large quantity of Ekoro's clones. However, before she could completely delve into the mad man's plans, Feli broke out into a fight with Ekoro, and Dark Sig noticed Accord, thus prompting her to flee. Likely she noticed the base exploding behind her shortly thereafter.
Sometime in between, she and Sig apparently met up, and made plans to go back to the UT Base and locate and destroy the remaining clones themselves.
Finally, Accord came just in the nick of time when the ADMA were battling Dark Sig. Accord used Chalk Lance to distract the clone from exploding long enough for Sig to swoop in and touch him. With this, Accord and Sig rejoined the ADMA and flew with them to Ekoro's Mountain Base, where the epic showdown was to begin.
After aiding in the final battle, with some help from Sig, Accord was granted a trial membership in the ADMA.
It is interesting to note Accord mentions wanting to find herself a "Perfect Accord" in the climatic Ekoro battle. Even if there was an Accord clone somewhere within the base, however, the base and Ekoro were destroyed before it could be awakened from incubation.
