Ms. Accord is a teacher in Puyo Puyo Fever and its sequels.
She is also a raving madman (madwoman?) who tortured Seriri and is currently the sworn enemy of Arle Nadja, Draco Centauros, Seriri, Witch, Amitie, Rider and Sig.
She is an expert in dark magic but, luckily for her enemies, cannot use normal offensive or defensive magic spells.
Recently though, Ringo's encounter with Accord paints a completely different picture. Rather than being witty and quick to torture Ringo, she cried and plead for Ringo to kill her. Believing Accord to be a suicidal maniac (and not actually having the guts to kill her herself), Ringo walked off.
What the fuck is up with this woman?
