The Puyo Spirits (ぷよスピリット Puyo Supiritto) are a group of five spirits who were created from Puyo, according to ancient legends. It is said that if one is to find them, their power combined can grant wishes and even miracles. They were mentioned in passing by Angol Mois in Episode 46, where the characters proceeded to speculate about their nature and purpose. It was also in this same episode that Camus was rumored to be sealing them away on orders of Fake Arle. Later on in Episode 47, Fake Arle also sent Mikki and Stringy Rice after the spirits, too. This is because the Puyo Spirits protect the worlds, which is not in Fake Arle or Ecolo's best interest. They are all ones.

- The Red Puyo Spirit, she represents Fire. She is a hot tempered lady with a flaming ponytail. She was sealed away by Camus in the Dragon Temple, though this was soon undone by the real Arle Nadja and her party.
