Unusual Ekoro, also known as Strange Ekoro, Weird Ekoro, and Human Ekoro, is a strange, Human-like form of Ekoro. He appears in Puyo Puyo!! 20th Anniversary as a "guest" character to win as a raffle prize from Shopoi. The form doesn't appear in Story mode. Although his behavior and motions have become erratic and odd, other than his appearance, it's not exactly certain what's so "unusual" about him. This form had its first appearance in Compile Worlds during Episode 32, where Ekoro was shown to have briefly to have assumed this form after Theta tried to expel a (nonexistent?) parasite from him. However, he quickly resumed his normal, blobby form shortly afterwords. Later, in Episode 39, Sig exorcised the blobby possessor, causing Ekoro to permanently revert to this form.
