Satan is a green haired man with horns, and constantly makes erroneous baseless claims of being Arle Nadja's fiance. He is supposedly the ruler of Puyo Hell, but this could be like his claims of Arle x Satan. He is constantly forming plans to have a "honeymoon under the starry sky" with Arle, although these usually fail, especially since Draco now also wants Arle.
