Panotty is an annoying elfish boy who constantly plays the flute. He actually seems to have some talent with it, though like a certain other angelic Puyo character, his musical talent goes unrecognized. As such, his temper goes out of control and he attacks the nearest person ignoring him. Usually, this person is Arle. Panotty was conspicuously absent from Puyo Puyo SUN and Minna de Puyo Puyo, but he somehow ended up in Puyo Puyo~n against all odds, though he just got a one way trip to the scrap heap anyway.

Appearance in Compile Worlds

Unlike his fellow minor cast peers, Panotty made one brief appearance in Compile Worlds. Sadly, he was just a possessed minion of Popoi, dispatched by Accord to attack the ADMA. Nanako suddenly appeared though and blew the elfish boy to Kingdom Come and all across the Neptune, but he probably landed back in Primp with a couple of fatal injuries anyway.

Trivia

• In his only appearance, Panotty says "Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!". It actually stretched Google Refine's window while Keiji was importing logs.
