Raffine is some bitch that lives in Primp, and attends Ms. Accord's class. Her bitch-word is La-Ti-Da (Or, as in the case of the Japanese, her bitch-word is rather the arrogant laugh "Oh ho ho ho!"), and has an annoying tendency to say it. She also has a habit of being down right degrading. However, Raffine's short coming implies that she might be just as ignorant as her "pals" Amitie and Sig.
In Puyo Puyo Fever, Accord tricked Raffine into getting a giant clonk on the noggin with a sledge hammer pulled from hammerspace.
Appearance in Compile Worlds
In Compile Worlds, Raffine has never been a member of the AAA or ADMA, despite Accord's abuse of her. This is probably because she was suspected to have been a part of Accord and Popoi's scheme to turn the kiddies against the AAA by bribery, but it is unknown weather she took the bribe. If she declined it, this may of course have lead to further abuse.
Raffine appeared early on, when Rulue wanted to see her (After Klug rightfully called her a "frilly little bitch"). Rulue however, thought Raffine was a waste of her time. She and Klug both mentally degraded Rulue and disappeared. Raffine has not been seen since the group left Rulue's Vacation Condo.
