The Feli Force is a group of three Puyo characters who are protesting against Feli's exponentially-growing popularity: Rider, Tarutaru and Baldanders. Tarutaru had been kidnapped during the events of Puyo Puyo Fever 2 (right after Feli arrived) and the other two were left out when it came time to open the portal to the Puyo Puyo 7 world. During Subete PuyoPuyo, however, Feli decided to go abroad to study more black magic, and the group temporarily disbanded: Tarutaru became one of Accord's minions, probably due to the aforementioned kidnapping, Rider joined the completely opposite Anti-Accord Association and Baldanders was nowhere to be seen.
