Raffine is some bitch that lives in Primp, and attends Ms. Accord's class. Her bitch-word is La-Ti-Da (Or, as in the case of the Japanese, her bitch-word is rather the arrogant laugh "Oh ho ho ho!"), and has an annoying tendency to say it. She also has a habit of being down right degrading. However, Raffine's short coming implies that she might be just as ignorant as her "pals" Amitie and Sig.

In Compile Worlds, Raffine has never been a member of the AAA or ADMA, despite Accord's abuse of her. This is probably because she was suspected to have been a part of Accord and Popoi's scheme to turn the kiddies against the AAA by bribery, but it is unknown weather she took the bribe.
