Dongurigaeru, also known as acorn frog, is a stupid creature with equally stupid AI who appeared in Puyo Puyo Fever, Fever 2 and the 15th and 20th anniversary games. In fact, he only even showed up in 20th because SEGA's negotiations with Harpy's prospective voice actor fell apart, meaning she had to be removed and replaced with this near-placeholder character, who now looks very odd in the middle of a whole bunch of classic Madou characters.
