Fufufu is a strange fish merchant first appearing in Puyo Puyo TSU. He is always found holding a briefcase and laughing constantly, much to Arle Nadja's annoyance. Needless to say, he only ever appeared as a weaksauce opponent in the lower floors of Satan's Tower. Despite his strange demeanor, he helps Arle during Madou Monogatari Big Kindergarten Kids by selling her items.
He makes a brief cameo in Compile Worlds during Episode 2, in which he is prepared and eaten at a fancy Teppan Sushi restaraunt by Satan and Rulue, still laughing. However, Rulue had added a love potion to Satan's serving of the dish, causing him to fall madly in love with her. Fufufu hasn't been seen since, presumably since he was cooked and eaten, though he could return at the RPers fancy.
Etymology
Fufufu is derived from "ふふふ," the Japanese otamanapia for soft, suspicious laughter. Imaginative, I know. What do you expect from Compile?
