Neo Angol is a character in Compile Worlds, but it could also refer to the Neo Angol Project and the vessels containing the Neo Angol infusions, Gypsum and Marcus

Neo Angol is a synthetic biology created by Fake Arle as part of her evil plans in Compile Worlds 2. It was finally introduced at the very end of The Gathering, where it is revealed that Neo Angol was the very reason Fake Arle needed appropriate "vessels" to contain it.
