Harpy is a angel-like person from the Madou Puyo games, all of them. She frequently appears to sing for Arle and the rest of the Anti-Accord Association, but her horrible singing voice tends to make them want her to go away. She also has the mysterious power to follow rockets, but this could just be her wings.
Harpy is frequently bullied, but rarely fights back. She may actually be less annoying than Mikki. Recently Harpy has not appeared, although it could be because of Accord and her lunatic antics. She, like Seriri, may have possibly been muted. Her whereabouts are unknown, but most would like it to stay that way... with the exception of Mikki.
