Fresa is a somewhat spoiled little girl that talks with a stereotypical valley girl speech quirk. She sugar coats almost all of her dialogue to sound sickeningly sweet, though she's actually a deadly hitman on the inside. She is also rather trigger happy, showing almost no hesitation to draw a bazooka on Arle when she realizes she's within her range. She also takes great delight in terrifying her prey, as when she destroyed [[Sigma]]'s force field with an enchanted bazooka round. She laughs "Gwee hee hee" when pleased.

Fresa is deadly with a bazooka and seems to be always armed. She is also quite successful at ambushes apparently, tying up three normally capable figures and locking them in a house for days. She also carries enchanted bazooka rounds to dispel magical shields, making her even more destructive.

Fresa is a character appearing in Compile ♥ Worlds. She is a villainous little girl with a cybernetic eye that acts a hired hitman for Angol Mois, though Ganache also seems to boss her around. She debuted in Episode 60, introducing herself as an armed agent of the Neapolitan Trio and Ganache, also revealing her missions to silence Noire and kill Arle Nadja to prevent Mois Praline from looking shady. Currently, she is locked up in the Planeptune Basilicom, where she can do no harm... for now.

Biography

Not much is known about Fresa's history. However, she appeared in Lastation not too long before the appearance of the Puyo characters. She was employed by Ganache and Angol Mois to ambush Noire and the Basilicom staff in Lastation, who knew part of the truth about the sudden overnight success of Mois Praline. She tied Noire, Singe, and Chian up, holding them hostage in Chian's house to keep them silent, possibly with the intent to murder them. She contacts her superiors when Noire is rescued in Episode 60 and attacks the gang when they notice her there.

She also takes great delight in terrifying her prey, as when she destroyed Sigma's force field with an enchanted bazooka round.

Her Cybernetic Eye allows her to conduct a Perfect Snipe, which is a shot so accurate that there is less than a 1% that it will miss her target. Her Cybernetic eye takes control of her body to calculate the shot.

Etymology

Fresa is the Spanish word for strawberry, of which she has two of in her hair replacing a bowtie. Strawberry is also a flavor of Ice Cream, which is traditionally part of Neapolitan Ice Cream, along with vanilla and chocolate. Additionally, her clothing is themed after strawberry and strawberry themed sweets as well. Freshener, Neptune's nickname for her, can describe her cutesie personality.

Trivia

  • Keiji likened Fresa to Mimi from Super Paper Mario, and the characters actually do share a few traits noticeably, including a hair style.
    • During the battle with Fresa in Episode 64, Mimi's battle music was actually used deliberately because of this association, and other Mimi references were made.
