Electric (or Thunder and Lightning) is on of many elements, representing electricity and the manipulation of it. It is a traditional element in most RPGs, though what it is strong and weak against varies from game to game. For example, in Kingdom Hearts, electricity doesn't have any special property other than absorbing itself, but in Pokemon, common sense is applied to determine Earth element as it's weakness, and Water element as the element it beats. Most anything with an Electric attribute will usually cause Paralysis as a Status effect, making it pretty damn cool.
