Choppun is an eccentric man appearing in Puyo Puyo SUN and Madou Monogatari 3, with a paper bag and disguise glasses masking his true face. In addition to having an apparent interest in surfing and speedos, he's also so obsessed with magical girls that he actually crossdresses as them. He appears in Draco Centauros' story , where he's practising his balance on the rock that Draco wants to sunbathe on. She fights him for the rock after a quick change into his Arle Nadja cosplay. He loses and is never seen again.
