Fresa is a character appearing in Compile ♥ Worlds. She is a villainous little girl with a cybernetic eye that acts a hired hitman for Angol Mois, though Ganache also seems to boss her around. She debuted in Episode 60, introducing herself as an armed agent of the Neapolitan Trio and Ganache, also revealing her missions to silence Noire and kill Arle Nadja to prevent Mois Praline from looking shady. Etymology
Fresa is the Spanish word for strawberry, of which she has two of in her hair replacing a bowtie. Strawberry is also a flavor of Ice Cream, which is traditionally part of Neapolitan Ice Cream, along with vanilla and chocolate. Additionally, her clothing is themed after strawberry and strawberry themed sweets as well. Freshener, Neptune's nickname for her, can describe her cutesie personality.
Trivia
- Keiji likened Fresa to Mimi from Super Paper Mario, and the characters actually do share a few traits noticeably, including a hair style.
- During the battle with Fresa in Episode 64, Mimi's battle music was actually used deliberately because of this association, and other Mimi references were made.
