Sonic Legends is the name of an ongoing Sonic series roleplay between Chao and Black Amendment. It had an utterly massive scope, incohesive, scattered plotline, and massive character development. Recently however, the entire canon received a large retcon in order to do some massive re-arranging, which involved establishing a more stable plot, re-tweaking character portrayals and redistributing them, and introducing new content which would have been drowned out in the old storyline.
The previous canon tried to center around Sonic the Hedgehog and his attempts to thwart Dr. Eggman and Eggman Nega's evil plans, but eventually it came to also include the shenanigans of the Rabbit Household and the Eggman Empire, resulting in episodes that contained little plot to accompany massive silliness and character development. Other common antagonists were Cornelia, demon of the Crystal Orb, Jankoutsu, a vampire exiled from his village at a young age, and Assuma, a renegade Cloaked Figure Squad member and sentient embodiment of evil. Characters played for laughs, such as Wendy Witchcart, also made frequent appearances.
