Kasane Teto, previously known as ArleKaakun12, who Keiji loves to call Jiggly-chan (ever since he saw her deviantART name which is actually just one of the most random ones on the Internet), is an 11-year-old girl who lives in the Philippines. When she joined this site, she was on summer vacation that lasts from March to June. She can be very random especially on the Internet. However, she's very irritable, especially when in school. Therefore, this proves how random she can get. Her actions can cause something she loathes to happen rather that something she wants to happen. She can constantly say "Oh my cookie!" as an exclamation (And she's working on turning it into a habit) and has the habit to say the constant "Geez Heheh XD" in her brain which literally means nothing.

Talents
Her talents are total randomness and drawing on paper. She also have a talent of singing but can be too humble to show it. Sometimes, she's even on the strong mood of showing it off. Otherwise, she can be very useless.
Other Randomness
She likes pie (Especially egg pie), cake (Especially Chocolate Mousse) and ice cream (Especially cookies and cream). She usually tries to like the underrated. This can be proven with her Puyo Puyo obsession, liking Ghost and Hopper and more, although she likes Shadow the Hedgehog and L and more too much. She also understands what a lot of people don't understand, such as Shadow and Chaos not being truly evil, not all couples being all kissy and all, Ms Accord not being very evil, and other stuff. She has also discovered thousands of stuff that people of the US don't, such as a character in Kirby called Grill, the said Puyo Puyo, Bomberman Jetters, Toradora!, and thousands more. Her Puyo fan character is Tejina Mikuri and her Sonic the Hedgehog fan character is Kitto Fureimu.
She's also present in an RP. She, unlike Keiji and Chao, thinks/knows that the RP is non-canon but still wants to continue it without end.
And another thing she'll be telling Keiji is the fact that the randomness roulette of this place should never point to "Mean", "Offensive", "Bully" or any other stuff that hurts one's feelings.

Although, she is a great Shadow fangirl, she's one of the scarce ones to like him but not to the extent to join the ambush/stampede/whatever.
She also says that she won't be editing this profile until a lot of time.

Jiggly-chan
ArleKaakun has been called "jiggly-chan" by Keiji because of her habit of changing her username for the sake of simplicity. Because of this, she has finally resolved to have herself called ArleKaakun since who-knows-when. Keiji still calls her "jiggly-chan" even though she can merely be called "Arle" or "Kaakun". She can even be called "Carby"!
The name "jiggly-chan" is actually used only once, no more. When she lost her dA account, she has to make a new account and the account name is none other than ArleKaakun. She no longer tolerates being called jiggly-chan so she can merely be called the aforementioned usernames. Although, she can still tolerate being called "purin-chan" or "Purin" or even "Pikachu".
Level Up Controversy
Because she plays a lot of games that require her to level up, like MMORPG's and Final Fantasy, she needs to level up. Her sanity also needs to level up to avoid her from going crazy.
