Liechi is a happy-go-lucky girl and a new student at the Angel Academy who insisted on becoming Kanon's assistant/servant. Kanon is indifferent, never drinking Liechi's delicious tea or allowing her into the council meeting room, as she believes it would be better if Liechi simply concentrated on her studies. Not that this puts Liechi off - she's always eager to do something for her teacher and there are other students and visitors that like her tea.

She was created by Keiji in a spur of the moment decision, debuting in Episode 45 where she displays her godly expertise by finding Omega very quickly and summoning her to the council meeting room Kanon's office just as quickly. It goes without saying that she also prepares tea for the guests at the time.

Liechi's distinctive feature appearance-wise is her green and white checkered skirt. Other than that she has a plain white blouse, and short, straight black hair. Oddly for an otherwise smartly-dressed young girl, her footwear is short white socks and trainers. How she doesn't find that mismatching is anyone's guess.
