The Solar Star Powerhouse is a building presumably built by Ecolo or another of Fake Arle's minions where Ralie was sealed away. It was guarded by a pretty pathetic Robot Carbuncle who dropped a Chaos Drive for some reason. Its exterior is covered in solar panels, and many more are installed on poles in the vicinity of the building. Inside were a number of pillars between which lightning would spark, but these were all knocked over by Klug in order to disable both the lightning and the Altar's seal at the same time.
