Gardon (EntityTopic, 7)
From Compile Worlds
Gardon is a Koala Bear from Another World. He is Blaze the Cat's most trusted servant, and keeps tabs on just about everything for her. However, he is unable to act himself in said duties, due to both his cowardice and Blaze herself. Nevertheless, he is an important part of the palace staff, and serves his princess diligently. He is also usually the first person to know of a disaster unfolding in Another World as well.
Appearances
Sonic Rush Adventure
Gardon appears in Sonic Rush Adventure, as the only member of Blaze's royal staff that appears in the game. Here, he gives the player missions to find the Sol Emeralds, and usually appears in cutscenes to warn Blaze of a catastrophe in the making.
Sonic Tarradiddles
In Tarradiddles, Gardon stayed behind when Blaze and Silver moved into the Rabbit Household in Sonic's World. He has been given the special duty of looking over everything inbetween Blaze's semi-frequent visits back to Another World. Usually, he only appears though when informing Blaze of chaos in Another World.
However, thanks Eggman Nega's latest psychotic outbreak, Gardon may actually get to come into Sonic's World for once, and help Blaze and Silver confront Eggman Nega in a more direct manner.
Trivia
- Gardon sounds like "guard", which is probably where his name came from.
- There is a sword at Gardon's side at all times, though he never actually unsheathes it.
- Sonic Rush Adventure continuously implies at times that he is a member of the Coconut Crew, but such is probably not the case.
- The game also says that he is Blaze's servant, and he is often doing more serving to Blaze than milling around with the other Koalas.
