Dark Chao Walker is the second stupidest multiplayer character in existence. It appears only in Sonic Adventure 2: Battle to replace the hilarious Big walker. It is apparently the slowest character, but they have no noticeable speed differences. However, he has increased power levels, making him unfair to use unless the person controlling him as a complete retard.
In AR Hacking
SA2B has been virtually almost cracked by Action Replay hackers. There is almost nothing you can't do... except play as Dark Chao Walker outside of 2P mode. Currently, there is no working AR code to make it playable. Some speculate that the replacement of Big has something to do with it. Further backing this is all of the other multiplayer characters and alternate costumes have codes to be played with outside of two player mode.
Still nobody is quite sure why the fuck-ups at SEGA actually Dark Chao Walker was inserted, nor do they know why it's being so damn stubborn with the hackers.
