Neo Angol is a synthetic biology created by Fake Arle as part of her evil plans in Compile Worlds 2. It is finally introduced at the very end of The Gathering, where it is revealed that Neo Angol was the very reason Fake Arle needed appropriate "vessels" to contain it. As such, Neo Angol may not only refer to this specific character, but any other vessel that has been infused with the technology and hustled under Fake Arle's control.
