The '''Feli Force''' is a group of [[three]] [[Puyo character]]s who are protesting against Feli's exponentially-growing popularity: [[Rider]], [[Tarutaru]] and [[Baldanders]]. Tarutaru had been kidnapped during the events of [[Puyo Puyo Fever 2]] (right after Feli arrived) and the other two were left out when it came time to open the portal to the [[Puyo Puyo 7]] world. During [[Compile Worlds]], however, Feli decided to go abroad to study more [[black magic]], and the group temporarily disbanded: Tarutaru became one of [[Accord]]'s minions, probably due to the aforementioned kidnapping, Rider joined the completely opposite [[Anti-Accord Association]] and Baldanders was nowhere to be seen.
