A Puyo Response seems to be a type of signal or aura emanated from Puyo and lifeforms containing Puyo. It can be detected by technology or by a natrual sixth sense in certain individuals, as well as by other Puyo. In Puyo Wars, The Professor and Daichi use Puyo Responses to protect Wild Puyo, as well as to keep tabs on Angol Mois and his minions.
