Highway Rakuti is a maze of road signs that appears in Puyo Puyo Fever 2, Puyo Puyo!! 20th Anniversary, and Compile Worlds. In all instances, it is an area located in Primp, and is usually explored by at least one character during the games. It is home of the famous No-Puyo Sign, which is probably the most hypocritical thing you could place in a Puyo game.

In Compile Worlds, the area made its debut in Episode 23, where Rider was hopelessly lost within it. Draco Centauros appeared and held a beauty contest here during the same episode. While the maze of roads itself has only appeared in one episode, the map of Primp shows that it is the only way of traveling from Puyopolis into certain eastern territories without treading into uncharted or dangerous areas. This includes Nulle Part Lane, which leads directly to Satan's Tower.
