Earthbound (MOTHER 2 in Japan) is an RPG brought to you by Shigesato Itoi and his henchmen. Unlike other JPRGs of its time that features Europe forever ago, which means swords and goblins, it features retro America, which means baseball bats and stray dogs. And that's just one reason why it's awesome. So, go get a cartridge or ROM and learn its sheer awesomeness.
