Another World is, quite literally, another world where the Sonic Rush and Sonic Rush Adventure games take place. Typically, SEGA have kinda blurred the understanding of Another World with Sonic 06.
Another World is home to Blaze the Cat, Marine the Raccoon and Eggman Nega, along with a bunch of pirates and the Sol Emeralds.
It's also home to indiginous killer leeches, which can kill you in just one bite. But on the other hand, they're weak to kicks in the face, and won't come after you anyway.
