Wendy Witchcart (EntityTopic, 9)

Wendy Witchcart is a wicked witch (which automatically makes her awesome) that rides around in a mine cart. She is the main antagonist and final boss of Tails' Skypartol, where she claims an island to herself and threatens to turn any dissenters into crystal. She survived the events of the said game, and occasionally appears to antagonize Sonic the Hedgehog and co. At the moment, her only true desire is to claim revenge on Tails.

Personality

Witchcart is sadly, a stereotype of wicked witches. She's cranky, vain, and constantly swears revenge on any malicious action taken against her. She also never EVER gets out of her mine cart. It is unknown why Witchcart will simply remain in the cart 24/7, but some theorize that she is emotionally or physically attached to the cart. Besides Dark Castle, and possibly Hang Castle, it is her only true possession. Witchcart also often gets stuck and traffic, and wont allow her aircraft flying minions leave without her (or at least not since Skypatrol). Again, Witchart's reasoning for this behavior is unclear, but she is either now paranoid of being alone, or cannot trust her minions to do it right.

Level of threat

Witchcart is a mild threat to Sonic due to her nature to only attack occasionally to take revenge on Tails. She is also low on the list because she spends more time getting frustrated in traffic than actually committing crimes and being evil.
