The Carbuncle Badnik is a robotic clone of Carbuncle that appeared in Compile Worlds. Yep, it's a full fledged Badnik; it even explodes Sonic 3 style and drops a Chaos Drive to raise your Chao with! It's not made by Dr. Eggman or the retarded Sonic world government though. It was the sole guardian of the Solar Star Powerhouse's altar, replacing Ecolo in the Light Temple and South Coast Lighthouse. That being said, it was dispatched easily by Theta's Crystal Tangent. Another one hasn't been seen yet.
