Yumemi Okazaki is some kickass dude dudette university professor from another dimension that has children that graduate college at 11 and leave graduate school at 13. She's constantly inventing, travelling around in, and crashing space-travelling spaceships, looking for magic ever since that incident that caused her to be a laughing stock in her world. Pretty much the only one to believe her and her silly little theory is her subordinate, Chiyuri Kitashirakawa, who, herself, is kind of a weirdo. In the end, she fails miserably and has to keep her promise of {{#linkfarm|Ruukoto|Mimi-chan|fulfilling the wishes}} of the {{#linkfarm|Reimu Hakurei|Mima|Marisa Kirisame|Ellen|Rikako Asakura|Kotohime|winner}} of the contest she just made for the sake of finding a winner and taking her home for science.
