Time element is an element associated with time. Magic of this element is called Time Magic, and most of it revolves around the manipulation of Time in some form. In a certain scientific RPG, Time element is called Stop for whatever reason.
So far Keiji has never thought about including a time element in any element systems. However, there is at least one system which includes it, which is that of Homestuck, which pairs it with Space element, another element he has never considered.
Most games that include time-based moves do not describe it as an element, as they either don't have element systems at all (e.g. Bunny Must Die) or they put it under some other element such as nature.
