Chihiro Fujisaki is a character first introduced in Dangan Ronpa, and is possibly the cutest character in the game, if not the whole series. He is a student of Hope's Peak Academy who was recognized for her talent as a Super High School Level Programmer thanks to having written and published lots of awesome programs even without having to stay up until 6AM.
Most of his childhood consisted of people bullying him and calling him things like "weak" and "unmanly". Eventually, society's shitty standards were so much for him that he decided to just "screw it" and dress as a girl. However, while the bullying somewhat ceased, the attacks to his esteem didn't, and it just grew worse and worse...
That was the secret Monokuma was going to reveal in Chapter 2. He was going to reveal it just to give poor Chihiro despair. But then, precious little child he was, he resolved not to let Monokuma get the best of him like that.
