Pikachu & Squirtle (Japanese ピカチュウとゼニガメの物語!!!, literally The Story of Pikachu and Zenigame) is a game that was very recently announced by Nintendo on April 7, 2009. So far, the only known information comes from a low quality scan of some unknown Japanese magazine. Apparently it places you in control of a Pikachu. So far, the English title is not confirmed final. The scan can be found here. Recently, a new scan from a much better quality magazine has been obtained, and can be found: here.
This scan releases some new shots, as well confirming two new Pokemon within them. One is obviously Misdreavus, and the other appears to be an Eevee.
The truth
Here's the real scoop. PAS isn't actually being made by Nintendo(Sorry guys =(). === HOWEVER ===, PAS is still going to be a real game. It will be a quite enormous portion of Project Nanako. Now PAS content will begin to appear on Kawachan quite frequently. Official art, spoilers, information, and spin-off info is expected. Read everything at your own risk.
Plot Summary
This is just a brief summary of the prolouge plot, not the entire story of all prolouges and episodes.
The prolouge begins with an injured Pikachu being carried away to a Poké Center. He is healed up, and rests there during the night. He decides to escape out of the window, and uses a large floating object to drift out to sea. By morning, he wakes up at the edge of Poké Island, where his adventure is about to begin. He is "royally" greeted by the Queen (more specifically with a smack in the face). Queen Jigglypuff is then captured by Mewtwo. Pikachu then meets Squirtle. From there, his soon-to-be friends are introduced one by one, and they agree to venture forth and save Jigglypuff from her ill fate.
