Boobies are round things attached to a hot girl's chest (unless she is loli, in which case she has none). If they are on anyone but a hot girl they are only referred to as boobs, which are stupid. To achieve boobies status you must be dubbed hot.

One known way to create boobies is to key the sequence 5318008 onto any ordinary calculator, then turn it upside down. This ritual invokes several unnameable dark spirits to magically create artificial boobies.
