Pandora Hearts (InstanceTopic, 11)
From Compile Worlds
Pandora Hearts is an ongoing manga series brought to you by Mochizukin Jun (Sponsored by Square Enix, who also wrote Crimson-Shell. It's pretty infamous for its humongous list of Alice in Wonderland references and penchant for pretty boys and girls and clothing.
So far, it has a drama CD, novel and 25-episode anime adaptation, currently being localized by NIS America. Said anime has a fail 3-episode end, though, but it's not a huge loss; Yuki Kajiura composed some tracks for it, and, man, are they awesome!
Plot
It all started with a jolly young kiddie called Oz Vessalius who, aside from his daddy issues, lived life happily, alongside his little sister and sensitive servant-friend... said daddy issues still bothered him a lot, though. This carefree life came to an end when a bunch of red-robed people came to chuck the little boy to the Abyss for the sin of existing, and for some reason everyone refuses to say, and right in the middle of his Coming-of-Age Ceremony.
With the help of (And alongside) the Chain called Alice the B-Rabbit (Who, coincidentally, looks exactly like that ax crazy chick that tried to kill him a while ago), he left the Abyss like a badass out of hell, and met Raven (Who, you should know by now, is an older and more badass Gil), Sharon Reinsworth and Xerxes Break, Pandora members who explain that he's been gone for ten years. Other stuff happen, and things start getting weirder than they seemed...
