A colon is some key item that appears in Puyo Wars. There are five colons, one for each attribute in the game: water, fire, thunder, wind and light.
The Thunder Colon is obtained after you beat Marin in her introductory scene.
Trivia
It is possible that the items are meant to be called columns, but the katakana for that would be コラム, whereas the actual item names say コロン.
