2010 is the current Gregorian year. Until the middle of January, Kawachan had sadly been left to gather dust, with nothing important happening since around October 2009. However, now that the cold cold winter's over, it seems to have picked up the pace again!

- The second Kawachan Cleanup Blitz begins!
- February 18
- To celebrate Kawachan's second anniversary, a new front page, Updates page and Statistics page go live.
- March 14
- User:KasaneTeto is promoted to Awesome Kumizonian status, on the very fitting International Pi Day.
