Juichi is a helicopter pilot that serves the ADMA in Compile Worlds. His only appearance was in episode 14, where he drove the ADMA to Ekoro's Mountain Base. He is either an extremely skilled or daring pilot, as he drove through pitch black storm clouds in order to reach the base. He waited for the ADMA to obliterate both Ekoro and his base, and safely drove them back. He has not appeared since.

Akkie tends to call him Mr. 11 because his name has pretty much the same pronunciation as the Japanese term for the number eleven. Whenever she does get the chance to refer to him, of course.
