Plutia is the goddess of... something. Keiji's not sure what, yet. In the anime, she apparently impersonates Neptune, which would make her a second/fake goddess of Planeptune. Design-wise, she has a lot of similarities with Neptune; their colors and builds are very similar in both normal and HDD forms, and she carries a Neptune doll.

When in normal form, she's very calm, quiet and sleepy, much like Sig from the Puyo series. However, she has the biggest personality change of any of the characters when she transforms into Iris Heart, turning into an extreme sadist. She is one of only two characters to use a different weapon in normal form than in HDD form, the other being the other DLC goddess Peashy: she uses her doll as a weapon in normal form, but when transformed, she uses a katana.

For at least half the game - until someone steals the stage from her - she is the strongest magical attacker in your party, as expected from a DLC character. However, since the story is linear and entirely pre-scripted, she does not affect the story in any way, or even appear in any cutscenes.
