ArleKaakun12, who Keiji loves to call "jiggly-chan" ever since he saw her deviantART name which is actually just one of the most random ones in the internet, is an 11-year-old who lives in the Philippines. When she joined this site, she was on summer vacation that lasts from March to June. She can be very random especially in the Internet. However, she's very irritable and easy to irritate when in school. Therefore, this proves how random she can get. Her actions can cause something she loathes to happen rather that something she wants to happen. She can constantly say "Oh my cookie!" as an exclamation (And she's working on turning it into a habit) and has the habit to say the constant "Geez Heheh XD" in her brain which literally means nothing.
