Chao is crazy adolescent from America with strange interests and dreams. He is known as MiniatureX on WhatPulse. It is unknown whether Chao will also adopt this handle for Kawachan. He one day hopes to a make a game called Sonic RPG II, which will feature among many things, his fan characters and fucked up fanon ideas. He also drinks Strawberry Milk and is often loling on IRC chat rooms. His personal representation is that of a Dark Chao wearing a cloak and awesome top hat, but has had many other representations as well. These representations include Happy Appy, male anime characters turned into two-year-olds, Tails Doll, a Witch Chao, and sometimes his equally fucked up brother.

He also has a strange obsession with Unpopular Pokémon, and is especially fond of Jynx, whom has had to endure the torture of her own controversy. He also obsesses over minor characters like Cream the Rabbit, Rosalina, Toadette, Delia Ketchum, and many others. He is very fond of Head-On and Meow Mix.

He has disappeared for some reason mostly from this corner of the internet, but still occasionally writes, updates, and polishes pages, since he does not have a wiki or a server of his own to commit such acts upon. He views his pages like babies, and is said to have an interesting reaction when elements of these first versions are altered or removed.
