The Computer Room is someplace on the Space Colony ARK that Vector the Crocodile wants Shadow the Hedgehog to find. Since finding the Computer Room is Vector's mission, he repeats the stage objective on the pause menu. Blackarms Studios and other random people have made various entertaining audio clips and You Tube poops containing not only this voice clip, but several others linked to the same level, such as "AHA!" and "HEY SHADOW! LET'S GO FOR A LITTLE RIDE!"
It only appeared in Shadow the Hedgehog and hasn't appeared since. However, the voice has had and everlasting mark on society, still popping up in random places.
