Tewi Inaba is a rabbit in the Touhou series who Keiji considers to be the Goddess of Speed. That's cause she has the fastest song in the world, Usatei. She's also rather smart and, more importantly, lucky. Literally. I mean, she has luck equal to a 40-leaf clover! She's also a prankster who likes playing around with Reisen Undongein Inaba, another rabbit who's supposed to be "older" than her. Sure is mischievous, even for a rabbit. But excuse the 7-year-old 1300-year-old.
