Puella Magi Madoka Magica (Or Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica) is a totally cool magical girl series about a girl called Kaname Madoka being pestered by a weasel thing to make a wish and save the world from despair, just as her friends have been (or just started) doing.
It's too bad that said weasel thing is secretly evil, though, and is the cause of said despair that is there to save the universe from entropy. What.
