Pakista is a weird white traveling merchant with strange tentacles. He has been in both Puyo Puyo TSU and Puyo Puyo SUN as an extremely minor character, but hasn't been seen since. There are about 9001 other Puyo characters like him, which makes it hard to tell him apart from the others, sans his SUN cameo.
